📲 What information does the application obtain and how is it used?

• Let It Rot does not require you to create an account. We do not store or have access to your entries, rot scores, or personal data on our servers.
• All data is stored locally on your device. Any processing needed to deliver app functionality is done on your device.
• If supported, you may optionally sync your data via iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android). These backups are private to your account — we do not have access to them.
• If you contact us via email or support, we collect your email address to respond to your request only.

💾 Backup

• Optional backups are supported via Google Drive and iCloud.
• Backups are securely stored in your own cloud storage. We do not access, store, or share your backup files.
• Your email address may be requested when setting up a backup, solely to associate the backup with your cloud account.
• No personally identifiable information is sent with analytics data (if enabled).

📤 Export

• You may export your rot activity as CSV or PDF. These files are saved locally and can be shared via third-party apps (e.g., Gmail, WhatsApp).
• Once exported, you are responsible for the security and handling of those files.
